All credit card orders are shipped to the billing address of the card holder. Credit card orders are generally shipped the same day
if your order is placed before 3:00.m EST. Orders placed after that time or on a weekend / holiday will ship the following business day
Most orders are generally shipped ground the same day and should arrive to you within 1 BUSINESS DAY to most Ontario & Quebec Locations by Purolator,
And for BC and most of West Coast our shipping estimates are 4-5 Business days for all items in stock by Purolator.
In certain cases we may use Canadapost for remote area Postal codes as well as for any reason that we may deem appropriate.
Central & Eastern Canada estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days by Purolator. We do not guarantee delivery to specific locations or floors to most offices
where mail room exists for those offices. Purolator shall make delivery to mailroom offices of organizations where available.
Customer must track the package by logging onto Purolators website at www.Purolator.com and check the status for delivery.
eToner.ca is not responsible for delayed shipments
All orders must be made in Canadian Funds.
We do not ship to fraudulent addresses. We reserve the right to refuse an order if found suspicious.
If you supply a PO Box address there may be a delay in shipping from our warehouse and shall be shipped by Canadapost
We shall notify if possible if the product ordered is out of stock
Canadian residents FOR QUEBEC, ALBERTA, PEI, SASKATCHEWAN, MANITOBA, NORTHWEST TERRITORIES,YUKON TERRITORIES will be charged 5% GST
NOVA SCOTIA RESIDENTS SHALL BE CHARGED 15% HST EFFECTIVE JULY 01 2010
NEW BRUNSWICK, AND NEW LABRADOR RESIDENTS SHALL BE CHARGED 13% HST
ONTARIO RESIDENTS SHALL BE CHARGED 13% HST EFFECTIVE JULY 01 2010
BRITISH COLUMBIA RESIDENTS SHALL BE CHARGED 12% HST EFFECTIVE JULY 01 2010
HST is collected from provinces where applicable. For all other provinces the onus is on the customer to pay for any provincial taxes where due by law.
All our Toner Cartridges (non chip based) are warranted for 1 yr from the invoice date (and drums and inkjet cartridges are warranted for 90 days from the invoice date.
Any Samsung, Lexmark, Dell and any other brand cartridges which are chip based and firmware update resistant are warranted for 30 days from the Invoice date
Customers are ADVISED TO REFRAIN FROM UPDATING ANY SAMSUNG, LEXMARK AND DELL PRINTER SOFTWARE AS THIS RENDERS THE CARTRIDGE WARRANTY VOID
All warranties are based on original invoiced date. The seller must be notified of any Defective On Arrival (DOA) products within 7 days
of the invoiced date and to the carrier for any claims arising. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all refused shipments.
We are not responsible for damage to the print-head or circuitry as a result of improper handling, storage or misuse.
We limit our liability to replacement of products purchased. When removing protective tape and devices please be sure not to damage these areas.
We carefully inspect all items before shipment. Defectives WILL BE REPLACED ONLY. Unopened packages returned and/or any refunds made or
returns shall be subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus shipping costs. We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OPENED PACKAGES FOR RETURNS.
IF AN OEM ITEM IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURER MUST BE CONTACTED FOR ANY WARRANTY ISSUE OR REPAIR
Unopened goods/cartridges must be sent within 21 days of invoice date. All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid.
DO NOT MARK OR WRITE/DEFACE THE BOX OUTSIDE. On successful receipt of the unopened returned goods we will refund the amount
excluding the original shipping costs and the restocking fee within 30 days from the receipt of goods , or at your request we can
ship a fully tested replacement to your location at our expense. Shipping, Handling, Postage and insurance are not refundable.
SPECIAL NOTE: When handling a Toner cartridge, Refill Kits and any Toner related product, protective gear must be worn (which includes gloves and a mask) at all times
eToner.ca warrants to the original purchaser only. Returned Merchandise returning to the customer will be shipped by regular
ground shipping . Other shipping methods can be arranged with additional charges.
If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we will deduct the cost of handling, shipping or any fees associated from your refund.
If you are returning (non defective goods/incorrect ordered items placed by you) goods, you have to make your own arrangements for
shipping goods to our premises at your cost. Defective returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid.
Any physical damage caused by mishandling or abuse shall void the warranty and will not be refunded, replaced or credited.
Purchases with free shipping that are refused or returned will be charged the shipping costs (both ways) in addition to the restocking fee of 25%
Due to administrative overheads and for our low low prices to sustain, we charge for orders less than $25 a low order fee of $1.99.
This is to offset the costs due to administrative overheads. We encourage our customers to order more than $25 which in most cases
does happen as most toner cartridges are over $25 to avoid the fee.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange.
When requesting an RMA number, please have the following information available:
and your reason for returning the merchandise.

The reason for returning is very important and must be described in detail ALONGWITH SAMPLE OUTPUTS. Without this information we wont be able to issue you an RMA Number.
An RMA number will be issued within 2-7 business days once all information is supplied.
Please mark the RMA # on the outside of the box along with a copy of the invoice when returning any product. Send your item with shipping paid to our
address mentioned below in this page
Do not use any courier. Use Canada Post only. We shall determine the amount to be refunded upon all criteria being met of all our terms and policies.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON REFILLS/ REFILL KITS AND NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THEM
It would be prudent to ask for assistance or technical help before sending goods back. Goods must have an RMA # for returns to be accepted by us.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form and within 15 days from the date an RMA # is issued.
Ensure that print heads are cleaned and you have read any instructions that were supplied with your cartridge as these are the most common issues.
Products must be received within 15 days of the RMA number issuing date. RMA number should be clearly marked on outside of the boxes.
AFTER 15 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF THE RMA# THE RMA # EXPIRES AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR OPEN PACKAGES.
REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE A PRODUCT IS DEEMED DEFECTIVE UPON TESTING.
Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused or trashed and sent to recycling companies for disposal.
We will not be responsible for any lost package and/or accessories during shipping.
All parts or products with permanent marks on them will not be qualified for exchange or credit or refund. All items for refund or exchange
must be in a resaleable state and unopened. All OEM ORIGINAL PRODUCTS MADE BY MANFACTURERS ARE COVERED BY THIER WARRANTY
AND SHOULD BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY. WE DONT ACCEPT ANY OEM PRODUCTS MADE BY MANUFACTURERS OTHER THAN US FOR RETURNS.
All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded if you have upgraded to one of our express shipping options on your original order.
Orders cancelled after placing them on our webstore, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS
any shipping costs we are charged for shipping and the return. Upgraded shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.
Specials and custom orders are final sale items.
TO RETURN ITEMS TO US:
DO NOT USE EXPRESS POST. PLEASE USE REGULAR PARCEL BY CANADA POST WHICH IS INSURABLE AND TRACKABLE.
DO NOT USE A COURIER SERVICE TO RETURN ITEMS TO US, AS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM ANY COURIER.
