After installation of new cartridge if the “No Toner” or "Non Brother Toner" message appears follow either of these reset methods:

Method 1:
1. Open printer door for 10 seconds, then close the printer door.
2. After this closing printer door, it will now recognize the toner

Method 2 :
1. Open printer door, then take out new cartridge. Leave the printer door open.
2. Turn off printer and unplug from socket for 5 minutes to allow full reset.
3. Plug in and turn on the printer, leave it like this for about 10 seconds, then install the new cartridge then close printer door. After installation it should recognize the toner
